The listings are prepared on the basis of data provided by sellers, landlords, property developers, investors, agencies and other persons in a relationship of partnership and cooperation with the Company. The listings are collected, processed and entered into a database by the real estate brokers and administrators of SCALADI REAL ESTATE. The catalogue of listings includes the respective stated prices.
1.5. The Company invariably regulates all relations in connection with the services provided by signing a separate written contract, in accordance with the type of service provided and the individual arrangements with each counterparty.
1.6. The placing of orders and conclusion of contracts between the User, in the capacity of client, and the Company, in the capacity of contractor, is mandatory. The contract enters into force from the moment of its signing and the conditions agreed therein are binding on the signing parties for the duration of its validity.
The standard commission for the purchase or sale of a property is 3.6% including VAT, and for rental/lease – 50% of the first month's rent.
1.7. All contracts, agreements and addenda to contracts and agreements, as well as all protocols, receipts and declarations, are drawn up in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the legislation, in accordance with the will of the parties, contain the customarily required formalities and are in line with the internal organisation, activities and acts of SCALADI REAL ESTATE, under conditions of full confidentiality of the data provided and in compliance with the personal data protection policy adopted by the Company.
1.8. The prices of the properties offered on this website are those stated by sellers, landlords, property developers, investors, agencies and other persons in contractual relations with the Company. As a rule, prices include value added tax (VAT). SCALADI REAL ESTATE reserves the right to change the prices published on the website for the offered properties, and such changes will not affect already concluded contracts.
1.9. In accordance with anti-money laundering measures, the Company has established Internal Rules for the control and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, in its capacity as an obliged entity under Article 3(2)(29) of the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
2.1. SCALADI REAL ESTATE processes the personal data of Users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The Company has a legitimate interest in collecting and processing information about Users of the website following their voluntary and informed identification.
